Gremio hosted an anti-racism lecture for its youth teams, including Sub-10 to Sub-13. The event took place in the Deliberative Council Auditorium at the Arena and was led by Marcelo Carvalho, director of the Observatory of Racial Discrimination in Football. The lecture aimed to promote reflections on equality and respect both on and off the field. André Gutierres, General Director of the Football School, emphasized the importance of the activity, stating that it is essential to practice anti-racism. Juliano Ferrer, Coordinator of the Club of All, presented Gremio's institutional actions to combat discrimination. Marcelo Carvalho shared the history of the Observatory and the importance of reporting cases of racism. Young athletes also had the chance to share experiences and ask questions. The event concluded with the presence of the mascot Flecha Negra, fostering interaction among participants. This initiative reinforces Gremio's commitment to civic education and a more inclusive environment.
